First and foremost, securing insurance in Florida can be both challenging and costly. In fact, the coverage we carry is similar to that of roofers, as working on ladders and roofs carries inherent risks. For your peace of mind, we ensure that all of our team members are fully insured, so you can rest easy knowing they are covered while working on your property.

For liability reasons, our insurance policy prevents us from installing customer-supplied lights or those from other companies. We believe in offering only the best for our customers, which is why we use high-quality, commercial-grade lights that we personally provide. This ensures that you receive the top-notch service and reliability that MR Lit is known for. As a result, we are unable to install any items supplied by customers, but rest assured, our selection is designed to exceed expectations and create a stunning display

We provide premium commercial LED lights, clips, cords, and a timer(s). We customize the lights to fit your home and set the timer for your desired schedule. Installation, removal, and maintenance are all included in our service. We’ll remove the lighting after the holidays—typically in mid-January, weather permitting.

The details can vary depending on the client, but generally, when you sign a 3-year agreement, we offer a 10% discount for the years following the first.
